Each Wishes Into Words Santa letter is created specifically for your child using the personalization details provided with your order.

Because personalized products cannot be resold, all personalized orders are final once we begin creating your letter.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, ages, mailing information, and personalization details before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet begun creating your letter, we will gladly update the information when possible.

If we make an error in your finished letter, we will correct it at no additional charge.

We want every North Pole keepsake to arrive exactly as it should—thoughtfully written, beautifully prepared, and made to be remembered.

Your order includes one individually written Personalized Christmas Eve Letter on official Wishes Into Words North Pole stationery, complete with Santa’s signature, festive North Pole details, and a coordinating envelope.

It is designed to be read on Christmas Eve, placed inside a Christmas Eve box, or saved as a treasured family keepsake.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your personalized letter to be written and prepared for mailing.

Postal delivery time is separate from processing time and may vary as Christmas approaches. Families are strongly encouraged to order early.

The final seasonal ordering deadline will be posted on the website.
